How to make yourself look better in 30 days

10 glasses of water a day.

Most of the time, the body only needs two litres of water a day. But if you want to use water to improve your beauty more effectively, eat three litres of water in a two-liter cup. If you can’t drink 3 litres of water, try to drink at least 10 glasses. Water makes up some of our bodies. Through urine and sweat, water gets rid of all toxins in the body. The water is good as well.

Exercise

If you haven’t done this exercise before, start today. As a beginner, you should work out three times a week. Your body will stay fit if you work out. will get rid of extra body fat. Give the body a pretty shape. Sleep will be good.

Every day, read 100 pages.

Just like you have to charge your phone every day, you have to keep your mind in a good mood to charge it. This is a very important book about the mind. If you already like to read, that’s all you need to do. If not, read it every day for at least 30 minutes or 10 pages.

You can also use the front page of the daily newspaper. Reading every day will keep you on schedule. If you make a habit of reading books, you’ll keep your mind open to new ideas. It will keep you from having to worry about everyday things for a while. You’ll feel angry after reading the book. Your mood will stay rough.

Five-minute meditation

The health of your mind is just as important as the health of your body. Meditation or mindfulness will help you clear your mind and stay on task. If you meditate for five minutes when you wake up in the morning, it will help you all day.

Sleep for eight hours.

Sleep is how the body recharges. If your body is hurt, it will heal itself while you sleep. There are new cells made. Don’t forget to bring your phone or computer to bed with you. 1 hour of free sleep will keep you working for 1 hour. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day.
